We offer three packages to fit different needs: Basic, Premium, and Exclusive. During your consultation, we’ll provide an estimate based on your design and preferences.

Do I have to replace my existing crm or tools?

No. TapConnector connects to 1,200+ apps and tools, so you can keep what you already use. We handle the connections for you. Over time, many clients choose to cancel redundant tools (e.g., separate chat widgets, email/SMS platforms, form builders) because those features are built in—but that’s your call.

How does the AI know when to reply?

We configure clear triggers so the assistant only responds when appropriate (e.g., website chat, after-hours, or specific campaign tags). No trigger, no reply—your team stays in control.

Can we hand off to a human at any time?

Absolutely. A team reply or a simple tag/setting pauses the AI. You can switch it back on later or route to a different workflow.

What happens if the AI doesn’t know an answer?
